The Blue Light Speak Cheesy

Had great tortillas. Nice and waxy. Seemed sturdy. Imported from MX. Burrito was small and expensive. Did not like the potatoes. It was fingerling potatoes (white and purple). Too mushy. Egg was thin and ok. Cabbage was ok. For the extra $2 avo, too little was added. Texture was mushy all over other than the tortilla. Salsa was also meh.

Tortilla is doing a crazy carry job here. Maybe the best tortilla next to Son Del North. Surprisingly bland and one-note in flavor given the amount of ingredients, but it was good.
